Booking Policy

We hope you understand that a strict booking policy is necessary for all bookings.

A non refundable £30 booking fee is payable for every appointment.

We have a 2 day cancellation policy.

UNDER 2 DAYS NOTICE (48 hours)

The £30 booking fee is not refundable and can not be transferred to a future appointment. This counts as a late cancellation.

NB: This policy is applicable for all eventualities including illness, childcare issues, traffic, e.t.c.

OVER 2 DAYS NOTICE

If your appointment is more than 2 days away, you are free to change your appointment and your £30 booking fee can be transferred to your next appointment.

NO SHOWS

‘No shows’ will be invoiced the full fee of the appointment.

LATENESS

Late attendance may mean that your appointment is cancelled and your booking fee retained.

CONSULTATIONS

Your first consultation fee (£30) is fully redeemable against the price of your treatment. However, further consultations will be chargeable at £30 per consultation and not redeemable.
