Lip Treatments & Dermal Fillers

Lips
Whether you have very thin lips and just want to add a bit of volume, a gummy smile or just want the perfect pout there’s a treatment we can help you with.
Hyaluronic Acid fillers can add gentle definition to your vermillion border and Cupid’s bow which is commonly lost with age.
We also treat the perioral area or smoker lines which can appear even on non smokers.
In some cases Botulinum Toxin can be used to relax the muscles that lift the lip exposing more gum area than you would like known as “gummy smile” Botulinum toxin can also be used in what’s called a “lip flip” if your lips are thin but filler’s not for you, a subtle natural result can be gained from this technique.
DERMAL FILLERS
As we age our collagen and elastin in our skin begins to degrade and we start to notice fine lines around the mouth deepen.
Dermal fillers can help restore these areas by plumping out the lines and regaining a fresher, youthful appearance.
As we age we also loose volume due to fat & bone resorption, we usually start to first notice this as hollowing in the mid face and a little drooping lower down.
Cheek fillers are a fantastic option for restoring this lost volume and giving a slight lifting effect to the lower face.
DERMAL FILLERS AND LIP ENHANCEMENT

Does the lip flip treatment use Botox? I am contemplating fillers but am a bit nervous they will look fake.
Hi Keeley, first of all, I completely hear what you are saying when you say will lip fillers make my lips look fake and I do everything I possibly can to avoid this if this was the road you wanted to take.
We would start with small amounts and I only use Juvederm Vycross fillers in lips as it feels so natural.
However the lip fip is a very safe alternative as it only lasts 8-12 weeks and the results are quite subtle.
Please do come and see me though for a free consultation if you wanted to discuss your options further.
